About Us

Our History

Blessed in Tech Ministries was initially formed to oversee operations of Blessed in Tech, formally Bullock Technologies founded in 1992, but the Lord had another plan! We revamped our current services and added more to meet every need!

Blessed in Tech Ministries was originally established in 2011, however, had been responsible for providing outstanding Computer Tech Support, Training Services since 1992, Employment Rehabilitation Services, as well as Empowerment Seminars since 2010. Due to today’s economy, our Founder/President, Willie Bullock, found it necessary to provide the gifts that God gave him and his amazing staff to the general public once again.

Upon incorporation in 2013, Blessed in Tech Ministries, sought 501c3 Non-Profit Status with the Internal Revenue Service to provide our clients more services! With our growing Board of Directors, we look forward to expanding our services and changing many lives through our newly developed programs.

We are currently a family-oriented organization focusing on the empowerment of the whole individual through counseling, transforming mindsets and helping to change lives for the better!

Our Humble Beginnings...

The Lord gave us the mission and vision of Blessed in Tech Ministries well before we put we actually put it into action. We were unemployed in the Bullock household and we prayed about what we could do. At this time, we also had additional relatives living with us who just lost their parents, were unemployed and homeless at the time as well. One of the relatives had austism and did not have good social skills, which made our journey even more rewarding. That’s when the Lord reminded us of Blessed in Tech Ministries! The ministry started right in our very own home! Our first clients were our three sons and two relatives who recently lost their parents. After our success, others asked about what we were doing and we began to offer these services to over 1900 clients to date!

We counseled, prepared and empowered each client to transform their minds and effectively seek employment with successful outcomes!!! Since then many have come into our ministry seeking a fresh start and we have been 90% successful!!!

We are so excited about our future in changing lives for the better! The end of 2020 was PHENOMENAL as we increased CLIENT INTAKE AND SERVICES by 500%! This increase only confirms the continued need and newly forged confidence in our community and organizations to provide great service to our clients. We receive new clients daily and your generous donation will allow our staff to continue providing them with the assistance and training they need!

We are currently scheduling classes for our customized training and empowerment seminars and we need your help to defray the cost of supplies and other resources. Please consider donating today!
